Aslam o alaikum Dr Meri age 25 years hy one and half year phly Meri Shadi hui pregnancy mn mujy Hcv diagnosed hua us time Pcr negative aya tha but Hcv positive borderline active ni rha Alisa test after delivery Mny treatment krwaya Hcv ka 3 month ka course tha Sofosoviour +Novia+clavier medicine khai treatmet k 12 weeks bad reports pcr mn negative ayi LFT liver function test b normal hy hy but mujy back mn severe pain hy or Tangon py blue marks bruises ho jaty hn boht jldi khuch b lgy tu drd Tangon mn zyda hy shortness of breath hy back pain sy Preshn hun ksy Pta chly ga kia problem hy kon sa test krwaon please help me

Road Accident+Pregnant

I had road accident 4days back. Had head injury. Got hit on right side of my face. Had nose bleeding immediately after accident. But doctors were not able to do any scan as i m pregnant (1st trimister). I was kept undr observation for 24hrs in hospital n thn got discharged. I have internal bleeding in eye socket n as per doctor i have a small crack too. But the issue is since 3days i m having blood clots and fresh blood in sputum. Infact in vomitting too. Had 2 more nose bleedings aftr 2days of accident. My doc is saying tht this bleeding is common aftr head injury. But now i m also having fever and feeling down too. And my ulcer pain has increased despite taking medicine to ease ulcer. Should i check another doctor? Should i go for MRI (take the risk in pregnancy) or wait for another week n thn see?

Stress / Hormone Levels

I feel like my body is full of stress even after trying anti depressants. My testosterone levels are low and at one time they were nearing 200. My reaction to stressful situations is pathetic. Anyone can walk all over me. My sleep pattern is pathetic. I cant sleep easily despite being sleepy. i daily wake up tired. I cant lose belly fat despite exercise. I cant do strength exercise as it further increases my weaknesses next morning. I cant build muscle. My LDL cholestrol level is high and vitamin D level is low. My thyriod is fine as my tests were clear. I am unsure which doctor to visit. Is this case of endocrinologist ? my depression symptoms are gone but its just constant state of stress and over thinking which is causing problems in life. i dont want to go back to anti depressants (Zoloft and Paraxyl) as that is temporary solution and i have already tried it after consulting various psychiatrists.
