Talk to Allergy Specialist on Allergy From Dust Smoke Sun Rays

I’ve been experiencing allergy-related issues for the past 3 to 4 years. I seem to be allergic to dust, smoke, and sunrays. Whenever I take a deep breath through my nose, I start sneezing continuously for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Recently, I’ve also noticed a strange sound or vibration from my veins during these nonstop sneezing episodes, which usually continue until I go to bed.

Additionally, when I stay under the sun for more than 10 minutes, I experience itching on my back.

I have visited the Islamabad Allergy Center two to three times, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been any lasting improvement. I’m currently taking weekly allergy vaccinations, but they only seem to help for a few days.

Kindly advise me on what further steps or tests you recommend, as this issue has been persistent for several years.
