My mother age 50 has swelling and bruise on hand which comes and goes her bp is 120/70 HBA1C is normal non diabetic, She has autoimmune disease not recognised despite all tests doctor didn't prescribed steroids because tests in 2017 and 2019 were fine so she had flare ups of dry eye for some days for which she take Ansid. This bruise comes and goes only thumb hands have dent when pressed only when hands are cold otherwise no such dent there is swelling only between knuckles both hands . Microalbumin for urine 8 months back was less than 3. And Ecg is also fine. Bruise come and goes.
