Talk to Allergy Specialist on Eczema And Blood Pressure

7 months before I have eczema under my eyelashes I used cortisporin eye ointment to treat, within a week it healed but now it happens again I used same ointment but 1 month has been passed nothing happened and the affected area becomes grew larger, some times slightly pain in my lower back and left bottom (kidney area) and my blood pressure raise whenever I drink tea or coffee.
