yesterday morning I woke up with swollen face and overall body but no symptoms of allergies like no redness or no itching. then I took rest and next night slept in position like my hands and feet elevated but no decrease in swelling till morning. it's heavy feeling and pain in hands. hand size is enlarged then earlier. you may see it like puffy not extreme swelling. but feeling heavy and painful. I don't know which type of doctor will treat this as I visited one but no improvement.

this is not the first time it's been several years like after few months sudden svere swelling but some relief after weeks and have never gone completely. can I go back to my previous body with no swelling or puffy like it was 8 years back? I have 2 kids got c section and complications after kids.
