I feel like I have a food allergy, but I don’t know which food is causing it. Due to this allergy, I get phlegm and cough, and then I have to take anti-allergy medicines like Fexet-D and Zatofin. I don’t drink milk at all, which has reduced the problem, but the allergy still appears every 2 to 3 months. Now I want to know which food is causing this allergy so I can completely avoid it. Please guide me like a doctor.
