I am suffering from itching all over the body whenever I eat hot things even in winter,like eggs,tea,fish etc. I get itching even wearing warm clothes in winter and by sitting in sun. Please suggest such medicine which are non-sedative, also guide how long i have to take medicines.. Anti allergy like Fexofenadine give temporary relief. I had visited skin specialist, he recommended blood test for food allergy but the reports were normal.
