Talk to Allergy Specialist on Parosmia/Cacosmia/Allergy Rhinitis

In mid-February 2024 I experienced extreme nasal congestion, which caused facial pain and abnormal mucus color. I consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed nasal sprays/drops - Rhinosone, Betnesol, and Hivate. I was instructed to use them three times a day while lying on my bed with my head in a dangling position. After using these sprays for two weeks, my life changed drastically. However, by March 5, 2025, during breakfast, I discovered I couldn't taste my food. Over the next two weeks, my sense of smell and taste altered/fouled badly. It's been 17 months since I've been struggling with parosmia/cacosmia, making it difficult to eat many everyday foods due to the bad taste.

As a member of a lower-income family with a private job, I'm finding it challenging to afford expensive treatments. If any respectable doctor has experience treating this condition, please help. I'm willing to pay fees in installments if the treatment is costly. Thank You
