Scabies haan nhi chor Rahi 4 months hogae hain 3 Baar ivermectin ki dose le Chuka hn, kuch time k liye blister andar chale jate hain aur itching kum hojati ha phir wapis itching hone lgti ha aur blister b wapis phool jate hain Permethrin lotion se to Kuch faida hi nhi hota, 5 6 dafa Laga Chuka hn full body pe for 12-14 hours k liye Ivermectin oral phir Kuch behtar ha Lekin completely khatam nhi horahi Please help

Yes, I used Malathion lotion (brand name malin), no improvement, before that I used scab-free (permethrin 5%) it wasn't beneficial either.
Oral ivermectin dose relief itching but only for one week

use medicated soap wash ur clothes bed sheets curtains with warm water daily n must keep them in sun avoid contact person to person at home
