Aoa i have been facing allergy or fungal on both thighs near testicles. it becomes white when dry but when i use water or sometimes due to sweating Any specialists in this field.?

1st time it happened last year when i visited a swimming pool. i used dettol and it cleared. but by the start of this summer its getting more painful
