1. History • Aapki Varicocele surgery 1 saal pehle hui thi. • Surgery ke baad bhi semen analysis report main azoospermia (no sperm in semen) aa raha hai. 2. Investigations / Findings • FSH level high → indicates testicular failure / impaired sperm production. • Surgery ke baad testicular sperm retrieval (TESE / TESA) attempt kiya gaya tha. • Retrieval se sperm mila tha, lekin abnormal sperm tha jo IVF/ICSI ke liye suitable nahi tha. 3. Current Status • Ejaculate main sperm absent (azoospermia). • Testes se nikala hua sperm abnormal (poor morphology/quality). • Abhi tak natural conception or IVF possible nahi hua. 4. Main Problem • Primary issue: Non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) with poor spermatogenesis. • High FSH confirm karta hai testicular function compromised hai.
