Talk to Andrologist on Bumbs/Warts On Pubic Area

Hello. I am having a growth of small reddish white bumbs or warts around my pubic area (the whole area where the pubic hairs grow) and a few on testicles but not on the penis shaft. The are round in shape with varying sizes, not in clusters, hard and totally painless. Actually they are not causing any sort of discomfort to me at the moment however increasing in number gradually and I am afraid they may come up to the body. I am very sexually active and at time did involve in unprotected contact. However, this sexuality relates to the involvement with sex workers. The CBC is Norma ranges but ESR is 25 which is above than max range of 15. Please tag a dermatologist to advice on the issue.
