I am masturbating for last 5 years and i am very badly addicted to it like 2 to 3 times a day. In last 2 years i am getting weaker and weaker i am going underweight my mental health is also disturbed very badly i am losing memory feeling tired all the time and taking 10 to 12 hours of sleep every day but still not feeling well eating much more than before but still losing weight please help me in getting rid of this addiction.
