Discharge of seemen 1: After Urine (continuously) 2: Through might wet dream ejaculation ( 2 times in a weak ) 3: if night ejaculation become more then after urine become less and vice versa 4: mostly after urine discharging continues but when i eat a food of low ph or Acidic ph then night ejaculation occur . 5: I'm not getting healthy but losing my health day by day . 6: this disease is from maturity. 7: According to my experience as a patient all problem is due to stomach . perhaps stomach has problem about acidity .
