assalam u alaikum, my age is 20 years old bt i discharge under 5 mins during masturbation my erections are strong enough and also the semen thickness and quantity is also good enough bt when ever i eat so healthy and i left masturbation for many days then i discharge under 5 mins, bt when i masturbate twice a day then my timings are okk like 10 to 12 mins what the matter ? why when i masturbate then my timings keeps ok and when i left then timings are very less ?
