I'm a 33-year-old male married for 3 years have no baby i am trying to improve fertility Medical history: - Hormones: Testosterone normal (4.3 ng ml), FSH 4.8 mlU/m - No varicocele (ultrasound clear) Current supplements (ongoing for fertility improvement): - Acetyl L-Carnitine (1000 mg/day - CoQ10 (200 mg/day) - Omega-3 1000mg/twice a day - Surbex Z daily Questions: 1. Is it reasonable to wait 3 months before considerina IVF: 2. Any recommendations to further improve motility and morphology? 4. Would you suggest adding/ changing any supplements or treatments?
