I have been diagnosed with right testis mild hydrocele and low testosterone levels i dont want to get on TRT for all my life i want to get better its been two months i am on medication. Will testosterone levels get better naturally ? is hydrocele causing low tlevels ? What can be the cause of it ? I was an excessive masturbator and still struggling.
I am unmarried and very much depressed . I also overthink alot about my future. I feel like i have failed life and there is no other way to get out .

tlevels when checked 2 months before they were 162
and there was zero erections zero sex drive
But now it is little bit better maybe due to the medications
