Talk to Andrologist on Genital Skin Tags

I have recently noticed multiple small skin tags on my genital skin area. I already had one before, but a few more have appeared in the same area. They are soft, painless, and skin-colored and there is no discharge, bleeding, or pain.

Could you please advise if this is something to worry about? What is the safest and quickest way to remove them? Also, do I need any tests to rule out infections or other causes?
