I am single and 27 year old last 2 month ago I am doing masturbating almost three hours but when I discharge I am feeling very pain then when I am passing out urine some time pain or burn and some time normal then after one month I saw inflammation on my glans and then last 2 days ago continuously pain on my Glans and know also today I saw before passing urine Mucus Fluid OR semen is passing then urine pass out and urine is very foamy urine I am very worried please give me some suggestions I am very thankful to you
First of All You should stop masturbation because this causes the stricture in your urethera which ultimately causes pain and inflammation in your penis...

No need to worry if there is inflammation you can take Anti inflammatory Meds like which help you relieving the pain as well as swelling i would suggest Ibuprofen, Mefnamic acid... Drink plenty of fluids... You will b fine
