History: i am married for 4 years my sperm count was 10 million and dropped to 3 millions and i had grade 1 varicocele surgery 18 months ago and doctor prescribed me vitamins sachet but it didn't help. Then i consulted another doctor who was famous on tiktok and suggested me some expensive supplements and letrozole for 2 months, due to letrozole i lost my sex drive for 3 months and no sensations felt on penis and i got worried then slowly i got the sensation back and erection but i am still struggling for natural sex drive, the sex desire is low, i am having low sperm count my testes size is 10 and which is normal.
My recent report shows high LH and FSH which seems to be hormonal issue i guess. I am really struggling to be a father. Is there any solution other than IVF?

Letrozole is the cause of raising FSH and possible hormonal imbalance. Better to take appointment and come over. May need some other tests and examination before any treatment. Count is very low presently.
