Talk to Andrologist on Hypersensitivity & Premature Ejaculation

Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor, I hope you are well. I would like to discuss a personal health issue regarding high sensitivity and premature ejaculation. Since puberty, I have been experiencing extreme hypersensitivity in my penis and frequent nightfall (3–4 times a week) without dreams. Even a slight touch or light physical stimulation — without sexual thoughts — causes very quick discharge. I am not married yet, and I have not masturbated for years, but the sensitivity has still not improved. My thyroid, testosterone, LFT, and other tests are normal. I want to ask:

What could be the reason for this hypersensitivity and quick discharge?

Is this condition fully treatable?

Are there any medicines or treatments suitable for someone who is not sexually active and not married yet?

If it is treatable, should I book an appointment with a DPT specialist or which type of doctor should I consult?
