In November 2021, I got a wet dream, and soon after that there was pain in my penis, but it lasted 5 to 10 mins and then nothing, then I had another wet dream and same pain after ejaculation. Now I'm having no erection, or morning erection and if there is an erection it's not a hard one. I don't have any pain pre ejaculation, neither I have pain in lower abdomen, no pain while urinating, colour of urination is normal, I can hold urination as well, no pain after or during urination. While night I don't go for urination unless I drink loads of water.
