Talk to Andrologist on Infertility / Difficulty Conceiving

We have been married for approximately 3 years, but there has been no conception or pregnancy despite efforts. I have attached 4 of my semen reports for your review. One of the doctors suggested I take Proviron for 3 months and Maxeed Sachet, which I used for almost 6 months. After that, I went for the last test (attached in the report). However, there is still no sign of pregnancy.
