Talk to Andrologist on Infertility For 5 Years

My husband has been diagnosed with vericocele from Dr samra and she suggested for surgery but for the 2nd opinion we went for another ultrasound in which Dr said he does not have vericocele . His semen report is also not good. But he has never experienced any kind of pain which poi ts towords vericocele. Please suggest what should we do and where should we go for right diagnoses.
