Talk to Andrologist on Male Infertility

I am married for 13 months but not able to conceive yet. My semen analysis report says 3.3 million sperm count and motility 40% (progressive 31%) % & morphology 4% from chugtai lab. My scrotal doppler says 6.9 and 7.3 ml testicular volume. I had history of mumps at 13 yr old with right testicle been affected at that time. My urologist prescribed me clomid 50mg (5 days) for 3 months and some multivitamins. I that approach ok to proceed further?
