Talk to Andrologist on (mild Left Varicocele) Erectile Dysfunction Low Testosterone Levels

i have mild left varicocele finding in ultrasound not in clinical findings. not any pain or discomfort but my hormones value going down ? and weight gain issue. i used andrex + gonadal f + sunny day for 3month as per prescription from doctor but results are not good. testron level 285/1000 Free testeron results 45persnt and other All test like t3 in normal range t4 lower in range TSH lower in range LH value coming in lower. SHBG lower in range like 30persnt. now Doctor is recommended to me we will going to testeron therapy with injection. is it good? results are long term? any major issues? should I go for like that treatment? please suggest
