Approx 4 month pehly mjy mild pain hkna shuru hao testicals my jo right side sy shuru hoa and then left side us sy meri erection kaafi effect hoi hy and fertility b kaafi effect hoi hy mjy ab arousal nai hota hy low libido and low etection hy mjy mera scrotuk b pehly sy less hanging lgta hy or chota lgta hy or testical b chotay hoa lagty hy or pehly jesa kaam nai kr raha hy and meri sperm prodcution b ruk gayi hy jesay Everything was normal and good before mid jan 2026 kindly mjy diagnose kr dy mjy kia issue hy. I have done following test:

Scrotal USG: Right testes:9.5ml Left Testes:8.5ml Finding:Relatively smaller testes and all other things are normal Serum free testosterone :16pg/ml(before clomiphene citrate) 27pg/ml (after 25 days of clomiphene citrate) Serum LH:24.5 (after taking clomiphene fir 25 days) Serum Fsh:14.5(after taking clomiphene for 25 days Before Mid jan 2026 everything was normal i was having erection and masrerbating 2 time per week approx but in these 4 month things getting gradually worse kindly Help
