Talk to Andrologist on Nightfall / Ahtalam

Assalam O Alikum

I am 28 year old and married last year may. I am facing Night fall problem before and after marriage. Some time after every 2 days and some time one week to maximum 10 days. I am worried because problem is same after marriage. If i am texting or video call my wife my penis quickly active even if my mind is not thinking about sex. I am waiting for doctors kind response about my issues. How it can be controlled. Currently i am here at UAE. So its disturb my sleep also which causes mentally upset and body every time lazy.
