Asking for Self, Male, 35 years old, Lahore
36 yr old FTM. FSH, LH high, Low Testosterone, Y deletion NO, 46 XY. Dr recommended Micro-TESE. I have read more about targeted apraoch to do FNA Mapping before Mocro-TESE but my doctor is still suggesting Micro-TEST. Which is the best way to move forward. Also let me know Is there any kind of genetic issue?
