Hi, hope you're doing well. About a month ago, i had an accident in which my shaft of femur got broken and i had to undergo surgery for that. Before the surgery, i had to use a urinary catheter for 3 days which was removed after the surgery. For a few days after that, I had some irritation while peeing which subsided over time. But now, I have a problem that when I'm erect, I feel a sharp pain in the penis as if some muscle gets pulled or something. I only feel it when I'm erect. Another problem is that I can't ejaculate anymore. I have no problem getting erect, but i can't ejaculate no matter what. What could be the possible problem and treatment?
