Hello Doctors, I need your help please. I am very worried. About 20-25 days ago, I noticed a small bump on the middle line of the testicals, and it was completely flat at first. It started itching, and I couldn’t resist scratching it. Since then, the condition has worsened. Now I have developed similar bumps on my balls, penis, and even the tip of my penis. I feel intense itching, especially at night, and I have the same issue on my thighs as well. I am married, so I am unable to engage in sexual activity due to this, and I feel embarrassed in front of my wife. Please guide me on what to do. Sorry I can’t share pictures on public forum.
