Talk to Andrologist on Penis Pain With Erection Problem

i did alot mastrubation approx 2 to 4 hour daily without ejaculation just rubbing. i tried to stop but.... Now iam having pain on right side of penis shaft. itching and sharp pain when i touch or try to rub. iam not rubbing nowadays but after nightfall i feel pain . and my errection is very little for some seconds. and if i rub it ehaculated within minute. Is this condition is curable? I will consult uroglogist but kindly tell is it curable?
