Asking For Self, Male 31, Lahore
I am a 31-year-old male with chronic sinusitis (on Ebastine, Montelukast, and CombiAir inhaler). After sex/ejaculation, I develop finger/toe spasms, brain fog, low confidence, disturbed sleep, and ear clicking, lasting 3–7 days. Symptoms then improve but never fully resolve. Could this be Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome (POIS), vitamin/hormone imbalance, or linked to my sinus condition? Please advise on investigations and management.
