Hello madam/sir, My age is 21 and I'm facing the issue of premature ejaculation and have a history of excessive masterbation at 17-18. Now the time of my sexual intercourse is less then 30 sec and sometimes I like I'm done (5-10sec). How can i recovered? I'm unmarried.
