I have been masturbating for 7 years. Sometimes rarely and sometimes often. i will be married in 3 years and very depressed because my timing is very low less than 1 minutes sometimes it juts take seconds to ejaculate. Please tell me what thing i should that after 3 years i will be completely fine.
