Talk to Andrologist on Right Testis Veins Swelling After Urine

Hi There, I'm having facing my right testis veins swelling and pain issue for several months, It happens once or twice a week mostly happens when I drink Softdrink or Caffeine. I got Scrotum Doppler Test and Urine Test Both are normal but still facing this issue any advice? Thank you.
