Talk to Andrologist on Semen Analysis

I have just recieve my semen analysis report. Sperm count is 68 million per ml. Sperm morphology, Ph and liquefaction time all these factors are normal. Total sperm motility is 60% but according to report forward progression is poor. Now i want to know whether my sperm motility is ok or not. Because total motility is 60%. I get my semen test after 7 days of abstinence.
