Talk to Andrologist on Sexual Issues And Low Sperm Quality

I am 35 years old and facing sexual issues and low sperm quality. I have visited several doctors in Quetta and undergone tests. The results showed that my sperm count is low and my sexual hormones are weak. I have been married for five years, and unfortunately, we have lost two children due to miscarriages. My wife also has some issues with her uterus and is also unwell. She is 32 years old.

Currently, we are in Afghanistan and would like to seek treatment at the Aga Khan University Hospital. Could you kindly advise which doctor we should see and what tests we should have done before visiting?
