Talk to Andrologist on Skin And ED

I consulted with skins specialist before my marriage few months back, I have a spot in the middle of the penis shaft which used to irritate my while masturbanting. Doctor said there is nothing to worry about during intercourse.

After getting married, I noticed that my whole shaft skin irritates, there is a lot skin irritation while having intercourse and when penis reaches that specific spot it causes more irritation. Need to know who should I consult with?

Plus, I have another problem, I loose erection very ofter while having intercourse.

Please guide, which doctor should I consult with? Urologist or Skins specialist?
