Talk to Andrologist on Swelling, Hernia?, Blockage?, Twisting, Pain, Burning

right testicle started swelling after hit by basketball 5 months ago have had 5 ultrasounds to say different things and since then my left testicle has decreased last ultrasound said left side totally diminished, 3 ultrasounds said I have inguinal hernia that has stretched and also have a mass and possible torsion but nobody has done nothing to help me im still in pain everyday I have swelling or fluid around area, when I orgasm sperm won't come out it gets such at the bottom of penis feels like alot of pressure built up very uncomfortable, penis has also started twisting when it's not erect, burning pretty bad when I pee. I'm sorry for the images but I need some help from somebody or guidance please
