I had a blood test in April where the Syphilis TM (antibody test) value was 0.43, and both VDRL and TPHA were negative. I repeated the test on July 22, and now the Syphilis TM value is 0.70, but VDRL and TPHA are still negative. Does this mean I have syphilis? Do I need any further testing or treatment?"
