Talk to Andrologist on Testicle Issue

i have a culculus in VUJ past 1 year ago which was clear through urine, there is no pain at that time no any other sympotems, but after some time i feel my right testies shrink and feel lazy in sex totaly erectile dusfunction, also pain in right side where Dr point VUJ, now clearly right testies too up and left down and also have pain in right testies, DR advice me first bascopan and leflolix and citlaka syp after a week again visit Dr advise artifen and adoxa and citralka which i take now a days but no progress ? I have Sexual issue last two years not properly ejaculate not proper erectile ! WHAT IS THE ACTUAL ISSUE ?
