Dear Doctors, I am 34 years old married individual. I have been facing very thin watery semen for couple of months and also some greasy drops at the end of urine which is causing weakness and semen leakage during normal erection. Further, my semen analysis test is 100% normal. Is above mentioned issue causing fertility problems too?
