Talk to Andrologist on Trying To Conceive - Semen Analysis

Hello, I am married since 2017. after marriage we lived together for 4 months then I went Abroad. Now we are living together from last 2 years. Last year I went to a Urologist with Semen Analysis Report. Dr told me that report is normal just go home and stay together for 6 months if pregnancy didn't occur then comeback with fresh report. Next month my wife was pregnant. Unfortunately we had miscarriage after 4 months pregnancy. Now we are trying to conceive again. I am attaching both reports last year's one and latest one. Please check my reports and let me know if there is any issue. Semen sample for latest report was provided with 2 days gap. Thank you
