varicocele is a condition in which veins of testes are dilated bcz of the weakness of valves of the veins and as a result blood pools up in those veins due to which temperature of testes is raised which can damage sperms. it can cause pain or heaviness in testes or some people have no symptom at all.
if a person is married and has no children then it is necessary to go for surgery bcz varicocele is among the main causes of male infertility. For unmarried, the correct thing is to wait and observe till marriage. If no children after marriage then go for surgery.
there is NO medical cure.of this condition

second type of surgery is done at the point where ur leg starts/inguinal area..(Microscopic varicocelectomy).. after this surgery there no chances of recurrence or very very least chances of recurrence... therefore microscopic surgery is best...
