I've been doing masturbation for last 5 years,so the problem is that my penis isn't grown to the fullest and it shrinks badly(shrinked all tym)when i get arouse it gets into original flaccid position and get erects, after the arousal it shrinked back,i also have a problem of premature ejaculation and hyper sensitive in this shrinkage position it hurts badly when i tap a bit harder on any treatment of this problem? Will my penis grow to the normal length after treatment?
