ur report is normal. But bcz varicocele is on both sides so in future it can damage ur sperms... thats why i asked to have a fresh semen analysis from Agha khan.... and if that report also comes normal then either we can wait and observe and have your semen analysis every 3 months and if at any point report starts declining then surgery will be must.. But at present in my opinion, surgery should be done as varicocele is on both sides and it will most likely affect ur sperms in future and also u have been married for 2 yrs... But final decision will be of that dr who will examine u in opd...
