I have been facing issue of itching and white pimples on testicles and a little on bottom part of penis, I want to know is it serious issue or normal and what are the causes of it? Is it hormonal or genetics or what issue.
it seems to be normal. just use Fusil-B cream twice or thrice a day to get rid of completely.
