Wa Salaam. You have to meet anaesthesia specialist before your operation. Your problems will be addressed.And he will evaluate you and discuss with the surgeon. Then he will plan accordingly and proceed.

That's why I have advised to have meeting with Anaesthetist where your all questions will be answered.

After surgery and anesthesia, some patients feel:
Nausea (feeling like vomiting)
Vomiting
Dizziness or stomach discomfort
This is common and temporary.. We often give medicines to reduce the risk.
Examples include Ondansetron and Dexamethasone.
These are safe and commonly used.?️ What can YOU do after surgery?
Take small sips of fluids
Avoid sudden sitting or standing
Eat light meals first
Inform staff immediately if nausea starts
