Plz repeat test of your child. it's better to visit competent audiologist.
Dear Patient
The child is currently under the care of an ENT specialist and is being treated for fluid buildup behind the ears or a possible flu. To alleviate the issue, the child is being fed at an angle of 45-50 degrees. Please refrain from feeding the child while they are lying flat.
When undergoing the BERA test, kindly instruct the doctor to proceed with the test only if the Middle Ear test (Tympnaometry result) is normal. After the test, please share the BERA/ABR test report with me so I can provide further guidance.
At this point, while there is an issue, we cannot confirm the diagnosis or initiate treatment without the again BERA test results. We will await the outcome of the tests to determine the best course of action.

BERA was not required first of all. After tympanometry, it was clear that there was issue in outer or middle ear and can he resolved by an ENT specialist, after treatment from ENT specialist, hearing could be resolved, back to normal.
